The Wilsons
Patricia Wilson is a mother, producer and real ​estate investor with a strong marketing and ​production background. These skills, along with ​being grounded in family life, help her to provide ​creative solutions in her roles as landlord, property ​manager, deal finder, marketing producer, and joint ​venture partner. Patricia is passionate about ​helping people and seeing others achieve their ​personal real estate goals.
Brendan Wilson is the former founder of Wilson ​Installations Ltd. His entrepreneurial spirit and ​knowledge in the building trades is invaluable. ​Brendan is a trusted real estate investor, guide and ​certified journeyman in cabinet making, providing ​valuable insight on layout, design, renovations for ​the most important rooms of the house - kitchens ​and bathrooms.

I have been in canada for 5 years and this is the best house. Near to university, grocery stores, bus stop and perfect for students. Nice and clean house with huge backyard. Awesome land lady, super responsive.

Love everything about this place perfect for a student. I ended up doing 3/4 of my degree while living at Lambert and it was hard to leave. Patricia is a fantastic landlord and truly cares about her tenants which is rare. Felt like a family.

Rental Application Process
We strive to provide a safe, secure and unrestricted access for the tenants of our rental homes.
As a result, we follow an application process that takes 48 to 72 hours.
Phase I - First initial phone call between landlord and prospective tenant > 604-849-1468
Phase II - If the phone call goes well for both sides, a viewing is scheduled
Phase III - Viewing
Phase IV - If the viewing goes well for both sides, an application form is filled out immediately
Phase V - Landlord processes the application with credit/reference checks > takes 48-72 hours
Phase VI - If the credit/reference checks go well for both sides, a 50% deposit is given and a lease is signed.
The Residential Tenancy Agreement of BC is used for the lease.
An addendum will be included with all leases.
